Real Madrid took the win from RB Leipzig with the solo goal of Brahim Diaz just at the beginning of the second leg. Despite the absence of Jude Bellingham, the Spanish giants were able to emerge victorious from a challenging first-leg match against RB Leipzig with a 1-0 advantage. This was a successful outcome that exceeded all expectations.

VAR drama Continuous

RB Leipzig began the match with a strong start, capitalizing Real Madrid. However, their frustration grew when an early goal by Benjamin Sesko was disallowed due to an offside call.
At first, the decision appeared to be the right one. The ball took a bounce and landed perfectly for Sesko, who had an unusually large amount of space.

However, upon reviewing the replays, it became clear that the decision was much closer than initially believed.
Although Sesko was onside, there was a Leipzig forward right behind Lunin, making contact with his back, which put him in an offside position. Regardless of whether there was interference or not, the disallowed goal highlights the ongoing confusion surrounding the offside rule in its current state.

Disallowed Goal led Real Madrid to win over RB Leipzig

Sesko had several opportunities throughout the game, but unfortunately, he couldn't convert them into goals. One of his biggest chances came after 10 minutes of play, but he shot straight at Lunin.

Amidst a flurry of fouls that added intensity to the game, Real Madrid displayed a strong start in the second-half and managed to secure the lead with a goal from Brahim Diaz.

The player skillfully maneuvered with the ball, skillfully evading two fouls while staying on his feet. He then expertly cut inside on his left foot and beautifully curled a shot into the far corner of the net.
The goal was absolutely stunning, a moment that has consistently propelled Los Blancos' success in their European campaigns.

Leipzig once again established their dominance while Madrid maintained a cautious distance. However, Vinicius Jr. came close to scoring the best goal of the game, narrowly missing as his clever toe-poke struck the post, just out of reach for Peter Gulacsi.
Real Madrid have taken control of the tie with a 1-0 win on Tuesday. They will be eager to have Bellingham back for the second-leg as they aim to advance to the quarter-final stage.
