The Suns dominated from beyond the arc, draining 22 of their 41 three-point attempts. Booker himself splashed six three-pointers, leading the team's long-range barrage. Eric Gordon provided a spark off the bench, chipping in 21 points on a sizzling 17-of-24 shooting night for the Suns' reserves.

Phoenix overcame a sluggish start, where they fell behind by 14 points early. Booker kept them within striking distance in the first half, scoring 13 points before the break. The Suns clawed their way back into the game, eventually taking a 65-60 lead into halftime.

Booker's efficiency was on display, converting 10 of his 15 field goal attempts. In a crucial stretch late in the fourth quarter, he buried three clutch threes to seal the win for the Suns. This clutch shooting exemplified Booker's ability to take over games when needed.

The victory marked the Suns' sixth win in their last nine games, pushing their record to 41-29. This puts them 12 games above .500 for the first time this season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Currently tied for sixth place in the Western Conference with the Dallas Mavericks, the Suns are determined to secure a coveted top-six seed and avoid the play-in tournament.

While Devin Booker and his 30 points performance was the headline, the Suns received valuable contributions from other players. Kevin Durant chipped in 19 points, surpassing the 2,000 career three-pointers milestone in the process. The bench, led by Gordon's 21 points, played a pivotal role with a season-best shooting performance.

Despite facing adversity in the second half, with Booker picking up his fifth foul and center Jusuf Nurkic exiting briefly due to a facial injury, the Suns persevered. This resilience is a testament to their team spirit and determination.

The Hawks, missing their All-Star guard Trae Young for the 13th consecutive game due to a finger injury, fought valiantly. Dejounte Murray led their scoring with 29 points, but Atlanta ultimately fell short against the red-hot Suns.
